This beautiful Santa Fe home is located on a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access to both I25 and 599. It features lush grounds with shaded patio for outside relaxation. Lovely views! Common areas include spacious living and dining areas along with a remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances including brand new front loading washer and dryer. Light and airy living spaces high vaulted ceilings. Plenty of space for your personal belongings.

    Our guests will be allowed access to our kitchen with all new appliances and countertops. They must however refrain from placing hot items on the travertine countertops. Also, the glass-top stove must be cleaned before and after each use to ensure its luster and natural beauty are retained. The front-loading washer is best maintained by wiping it dry after use and leaving the door ajar.
